Chicago of counsel Samuel Levine will lead a panel discussion at the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) annual committee meeting on October 22 in Nashville, TN.
Samuel will join Alan Ritchie and G. Trippe Hawthrone in “When Bad Things Happen to Good Projects: The Consequences of Stopping Construction.” Their panel will examine delays and disruptions resulting from catastrophes, impacts of material cost escalation, labor supply issues, various contract provisions and more.
The full-day program offers an in-depth overview of current issues that can arise in construction law cases and provide guidance on navigating these issues.
