Downey & Lenkov was proud to sponsor Higher Orbits’ Inaugural Chicagoland Charity Golf Outing benefiting student-led research onboard the International Space Station on September 27. Astronauts Mike Foreman and Gregory Johnson also made a special appearance.
Higher Orbits is a non-profit organization whose mission is to equip and inspire high-school students through spaceflight in hands-on, project-based learning experiences that promote Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
Chicago associate Natalie Christian has been involved with Higher Orbits since 2013 and currently serves as Corporate Secretary. She is also a member of the Board of Directors.
